About the book...
Why the book?

This book is the result of the author's personal experience with breast cancer. Laura is well aware of the challenges children and their families face when diagnosed with a life threatening disease.  It was a tough road to travel as an adult, as a mother to Ryan, Laura can't imagine a child fighting for life or a parent helplessly standing by.   The book started out as a fun project but has become Laura's instrument to help others.  She left her full-time employment to pursue this passion, as is truly grateful for your support!
